This series is a personal project I started a few months ago and quickly grew to admire. I loved the process of scavenging through old books, magazines, newspapers, or whatever I could get my hands on, to collect images that stood out. It was exciting to bring together various elements that worked together in harmony to deliver a certain aesthetic or a certain feeling. Art journaling has helped me immensely in improving my digital design skills as well. I'm able to think outside the box whenever working on a layout. I consider creative methods that I was too intimidated by before and I'm not afraid to implement design choices that I've never tried or worked with previously.
